As the basis for intelligent building system technology, Roto E-Tec Control contact elements transmit information to intruder alarm systems, temperature or other control systems.
MVS

Security technology with Roto E-Tec Control | MVS
The magnetic locking and opening monitoring system Roto E-Tec Control | MVS provides individual solutions for break-in and danger avoidance.
The system monitors the status of the window, door or sliding element. As soon as the magnetic field of the MVS is disturbed, the contact element sends a signal to the alarm control panel.

MTS

Ventilation and temperature control with Roto E-Tec Control | MTS
Temperature loss during the heating or cooling period can be effectively reduced with the Roto E-Tec Control | MTS magnetic thermostat sensor. As soon as the window, door or sliding element is opened, the sensor ensures together with a control system provided by the customer that the heating output is automatically reduced or the air conditioner is switched off.
After the window is closed, the restored magnetic contact signals that the temperature control can switch into the normal temperature again.

DAS

Extractor fan control with Roto E-Tec Control | DAS
The Roto E-Tec Control | DAS extractor fan controller controls the proper use of an extractor fan.
With open flame, e.g. fireplaces or gas single-storey heating systems, the extractor fan in the kitchen may only be switched on when a window is open. If all windows are closed, the extractor fan controller automatically interrupts the power supply, preventing a possible danger of suffocation from carbon monoxide.
