Mission of the Roto Group
As a reliable partner, we see sustainability as a corporate responsibility – for our actions today and their consequences for tomorrow.
Beyond our activities to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, we create lasting value for our customers through durable and future-oriented product and service solutions.
We can only achieve all this together with all the people at Roto. Therefore, we create an appreciative and attractive working environment that provides the basis for the continuous development of the entire corporate group.
Roto climate target by 2030 | SBTi validated
The Roto Group has set a climate target: By 2030, we will reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 50% in Scope 1 and 2 compared to the base year 2022, across the group and worldwide. This concerns our entire energy demand, which we generate ourselves at our sites or obtain from energy producers. In Scope 3, which includes greenhouse gas emissions from our upstream and downstream value chain, we aim for a reduction of 25%.
These climate targets have been validated according to the SBTi standard since March 2025. With a series of targeted measures based on our sustainability strategy, we will also contribute to reducing the upstream greenhouse gas emissions of our customers and partners.
