Waterfront II
Modern architecture that combines functionality and aesthetics at the highest level
Waterfront II is a modern, multifunctional building complex located in the prestigious seaside part of Gdynia on the Bay of Gdansk. It consists of office and service and residential buildings. The office area is 14,500 m2.
Within the development, in addition to offices and apartments, there are retail and catering establishments, conference space, a hotel, spa and public facilities, including a cinema. The arcades with a public square, green spaces and landscaping elements are also an important element of the complex.
In 2024, the project received the Roto Special Prize in the ‘Buildings of the Year Created with Aluprof Systems’ competition for the company ELJAKO-AL.

The universal hardware for aluminium windows and balcony doors
- 543 Tilt&Turn sets 2,600 x 500 and 2,600 x 1230 mm in the office and commercial buildings
- 423 sets with 130 kg, 120 sets with 160 kg sash weight
- Handle version: TiltFirst
- The façade design required a window hardware system that is suitable for high and particularly narrow sashes with a width of just 500 mm.
- Roto AL fulfils these special design requirements and guarantees reliability and comfort with full ventilation functionality.
