The Helikon office and commercial building is located in Nowe Żerniki, one of Wrocław’s most significant modern urban development projects. The project was completed in accordance with sustainable building standards (BREEAM certification).
The building’s architecture is characterised by a striking, rhythmic arrangement of precast concrete elements. The light-coloured precast concrete elements, with their subtle texture, form an expressive frame for the large glazed areas, thereby emphasising the building’s geometry. This structure is complemented by the almost floor-to-ceiling glazing, which lends the building a sense of lightness and allows for maximum use of natural light inside.
