Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an internet platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform). You can find this platform under the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Consumers can use this platform to resolve their disputes about goods or services they have purchased online, provided that the respective provider participates in the dispute resolution procedure of the online dispute resolution service.
