Leinfelden-Echterdingen - (rp) In future, representatives of the owner families will also be directly represented on the supervisory boards of individual companies in the Roto Group. This has been announced by the building supplier, which is still 100 percent family-owned. According to the stipulations for each of the six-member bodies, Mr Moritz Coulin and Mr Rainer Frank will serve on the Supervisory Board of Roto Frank Holding AG, it is stated in addition. In the corresponding committees of Roto Frank Fenster- und Türtechnologie GmbH (FTT) and Roto Frank Dachsystem-Technologie GmbH (DST), this applies to Mr Alexander Frank and Ms Patricia von Broich respectively.

According to Dr Michael Stahl, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the holding company, the owner families are thus expressing their concrete interest in the Group. This will strengthen the continued positive development of the company as a whole. Chairman of the Holding Management Board, Dr Eckhard Keill, sees this as “another signal” for continuity, stability and reliability. This is equally important for employees, customers and market partners.
