PVC doors with Roto Solid B

PVC external doors, each with three Roto Solid B | 222 P (two-part) or Roto Solid B | 322 P (threepart) hinges and a hinge retaining mechanism, have been tested and certified in accordance with SKG-IKOB guideline BRL 3104 and NEN 5089 (EN 1627). The RC 2 compatibility of the same combination was confirmed back in 2024.

Pure design

All members of the Solid B range of hinges impress with their slim shape. The linear and continuous 3D height, lateral and gasket compression adjustment, integrated into the hinge roller, is especially easy to use. Offset outlines and gaps between the frame component and leaf component are reliably prevented.

Leaf weights up to 160 kg

The P range includes two- and three-part butt hinges with a diameter of 18 and 22 mm. Depending on the butt hinge version selected, the number of hinges and the properties of the chosen PVC door profile, leaf weights of up to 120 kg (222 P), or 160 kg (322 P) are possible.

Tested quality

The 200,000 opening cycles achieved in accordance with DIN EN 1935 and DIN EN 1191 confirm the reliable durability of the butt hinges. The class 5 corrosion protection represents the highest level in accordance with DIN EN 1670.

Fast installation

These butt hinges come mostly preassembled, so it takes just a few operation steps to install them, either in the rebate or in the overlap. They can be adjusted without needing to unhinge the door.
