The Roto Solid B | 324 A three-part, clampable butt hinge is ideal for aluminium main doors, back doors and balcony doors up to a sash weight of 160 kg.

Butt hinges not only integrate seamlessly into a door in terms of their appearance. Installation is also straightforward and fast, requiring just a few operation steps. Simply place the clamping components into the groove and screw them to the hinge – that’s it! The efficient clamping technology means that no drilling or routing is required.

The Roto Solid B | 324 A can be adjusted easily and precisely to ensure the door is aligned correctly. Height and lateral adjustment is performed when the door is closed.

The standout feature are the adjustment mechanisms integrated into the hinge roller. They ensure an attractive appearance from all angles, without offset outlines or gaps in the hinge roller – regardless of the setting.

The concealed turn restrictor for aluminium doors helps with gentle opening of the door, therefore protecting hinges, furniture and walls. The opening angle can be individually adjusted up to max. 125°. Precision adjustment for optimum damping is easy to carry out at a later point.
