Tertio Ponte

The Tertio Ponte building consists of three interconnected two- and five-storey modules and a basement. The building has a usable floor space of over 11,000 m², of which approximately 5,000 m² is office space.
A key advantage is its BREEAM certification, which confirms its compliance with sustainable construction standards. The building uses photovoltaic panels and a rainwater storage system, among other things. The combination of ecological solutions, RES technology and high-quality materials promotes the development of business initiatives in modern urban spaces.
The name Tertio Ponte (Latin for ‘third bridge’) refers to the building's location near the planned third bridge over the Białka River.
