Advantage is being built on
Three categories were considered in the rating, accounting for one third each: future readiness, efficiency and working environment. All texts and reports about each company that were available online were analysed. Their tonality and specific factors like the number of “likes” on social media were assessed using artificial intelligence. Claudia Wirth, Head of Corporate HR at Roto FTT, is pleased that “the evaluation shows that Roto is considered an extremely attractive and dependable employer”. The latest study is clear proof of this for Germany. But the company has also gained an edge over its competitors globally through its ability to attract qualified and motivated employees, and it intends to further build on this advantage.
Joining forces for future readiness
The commitment that Roto shows to future readiness and the purposeful organisation of the working environment within the company are closely linked. “By identifying the needs of our staff and taking them seriously, we create an environment where everyone successfully plays a proactive part in shaping the future readiness of Roto.” Attractive working conditions are being put in place to enable each individual employee to grow, and state-of-the-art technologies and training are used to ensure continuous learning. Wirth underlines that “the best jobs with future prospects pave the way for future success and also make Roto the number one employer.”
