Dual studies courses
Bachelor of Arts, specialising in International Business (suspended for 2021)
- School-leaving qualification: advanced secondary school qualification (Abitur) or certificate for entry to a university of applied sciences (Fachhochschulreife)
- Duration: 3 years, alternating every 3 months between practical phases at Roto and theoretical phases at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University
- Overseas assignment both in the theoretical and practical phases: at least 3 months each
- Tasks: purchasing, sales, finance and accounting, human resources, materials management and production management
Bachelor of Engineering, specialising in Mechanical Engineering
- School-leaving qualification: advanced secondary school qualification (Abitur) (ideally with technical specialisation)
- Duration: 3 years, alternating every 3 months between practical phases at Roto and theoretical phases at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University
- Tasks: theoretical knowledge is supplemented by technical and industrial tasks in various areas such as development, design, planning, production, work preparation, occupational safety, marketing and sales

- Tasks: producing metallic precision components, setting up turning, milling and grinding machines, working with CNC machines, checking dimensions and surface quality, maintenance / inspection tasks on machine

- School-leaving qualification: certificate for entry to a university of applied sciences (Fachhochschulreife)
- Duration: 2 years
- Tasks: preparing test procedures, checking machine functions at test rigs, commissioning machines, monitoring and controlling the material flow and production process, inspecting and maintaining machines
