With the RotoCampus we offer training courses on our products, on sales and on communication in all markets in which the Roto Group is present.
With these courses we support our business partners from the hardware industry and our own employees with specific product training in order to provide them with targeted support in sales oriented toward the end user.
Roto products are characterised by demanding, state-of-the-art hardware technology optimally matched to the needs of the window and door manufacturers, hardware dealers and end customers. The quality of sales is therefore closely linked to an understanding of the technical and solution-oriented mode of operation of individual products and product groups.
The RotoCampus training courses contain both face-to-face training locally in our markets, at the RotoCampus headquarters in Leinfelden-Echterdingen with our own workshop or directly at our partners’ plants, including as web-based e-learning modules, which are guided and accompanied by excellently trained trainers.
In the RotoCampus we provide the opportunity to complete learning modules online via the Internet with web-based training courses. As a result, the course participants can complete their training at any time and from any desired location – provided they have access to the Internet. In contrast to data carriers, by using the Internet for e-learning we also have the advantage of being able to continually update the contents.
Our RotoCampus team puts together individual web-based training courses according to country and target-group-specific requirements which can also be used by Roto partners.
The training program can either consist of independent training courses, or it can be part of complex training campaigns combined with face-to-face training.

We offer all our RotoCampus training courses on product groups and sales and communication courses internationally according to consistently high standards. Our own trainers are available in all Roto markets for this purpose.
The trainers possess in-depth, product-related expertise and have completed intensive didactic training to ensure that the communication of knowledge offered is based on the latest methods tested in practice.
In addition, our trainers also continually undergo training in order to always be up to date on all product aspects and to improve their capabilities and expertise based on regular feedback from the course participants.
